Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area

- Ensure the dish area and floors are dry to prevent slips and accidents
- Collaborate with other kitchen and service staff to maintain smooth kitchen operations
- Dispose of waste and follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs
