Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Must be able to lift and carry heavy items

Job Duties

Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
Maintain a clean and dry dishwashing area to prevent slips and accidents
Operate dishwashing machines and follow proper cleaning protocols
Dispose of waste and garbage in appropriate containers
Support kitchen staff by restocking clean dishes and utensils
Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times
Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
