Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area
- Keep dish area dry to prevent slips and breakages
- Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely cleaning and restocking of supplies
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Assist in waste management and recycling
- Support team members with cleaning tasks as needed
