Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Keep floors and work surfaces dry to prevent slips and accidents
- Assist kitchen staff by promptly handling dishware and cookware needs
- Dispose of waste and recycling materials according to company policies
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management
- Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures
