Job Duties
- ensure all dishes, utensils, and glassware are cleaned and sanitized
- maintain a clean and dry dishwashing area to prevent slips and accidents
- assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks
- properly sort and store clean dishes and kitchen tools
- follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management
- support team members to maintain overall cleanliness and efficiency
