Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
- assist in running food orders from the kitchen to the dining area accurately and efficiently
- support kitchen staff with basic prep and cleaning tasks as needed
- handle heavy lifting of dish racks, boxes, and supplies safely
- work flexible hours, including late nights and weekends, to meet business needs
