Job Duties
- Clean bathrooms and stock paper and soap products in men's and ladies restrooms
- sweep entire restaurant including entrance halls and place floor mats appropriately
- replace trash can liners and clean out trash cans at start, during, and end of shift
- mop entire restaurant using clean mop head and cleaning water
- prepare mop and bucket for spills throughout the day
- clean all dirty tables, seats, and walls
- stock dish and silverware areas
- stock stations with appropriate cleaning supplies
- periodically sweep the restaurant throughout the shift
- maintain the dish area and dish machine cleanliness
- assist servers and cooks with tasks such as stocking and prep work
- clean parking lot and all outdoor areas around the building
- ensure all floors are mopped, trash consolidated and cans cleaned, dishes cleaned and put away at the end of the night
