Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes using commercial dishwashing equipment
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dish storage areas
- assist with food preparation and ingredient handling
- dispose of waste and recycling following health and safety regulations
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- set and reset tables according to dining standards
- clear and clean tables promptly after guest use
- maintain cleanliness of dining area including floors and restrooms
- support front of house team during busy periods
