Job Requirements

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects

Job Qualifications
- Ability to take written and verbal direction
- Ability to communicate in a friendly manner with guests
- Ability to work in hot, wet, humid, and loud environments for long periods
- Prior experience in a similar hospitality or dishwashing role is preferred
- Basic knowledge of sanitation and cleaning procedures
Job Duties
- Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
- Keep dish room and equipment clean and organized
- Clean and reset tables after guests have departed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary dining area for guests
- Assist with receiving and stocking supply orders
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain work area in a clean, well-organized manner
