Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in restaurant environment preferred
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
- Physical ability to stand and move for long periods
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy items
- Good teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize plates, glassware, utensils, and high-touch surfaces
- Assist with clearing and resetting tables efficiently
- Maintain clean dining areas to support front-of-house team
- Perform general restaurant upkeep as needed
- Follow strict safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist in stock and supply organization
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
