Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize plates, glassware, utensils, and all high-touch surfaces

- Follow meticulous cleaning protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate with front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow
- Participate in team member wellness checks as part of sanitation efforts
