Job Requirements

Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules including nights, holidays and weekends to reflect the business needs of the hotel
Attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Willingness to work in hot, wet, and fast-paced conditions
Ability to work in Elizabeth, NJ
English language proficiency required

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous restaurant or hotel experience is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Basic understanding of culinary or kitchen operations is a plus
