Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of lifting moderate weights
- availability to work from 6:00am to 2:00pm
- willingness to adhere to strict cleanliness and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in dishwashing or bussing roles preferred
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail
- knowledge of health and safety standards
- ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- load and unload dishwashing machines
- ensure all dishes are properly sanitized and stored
- assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
- follow all health and safety regulations
