Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree preferred
- Related experience and/or training
- Hands-on experience with industrial washing and cleaning equipment
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe Food Handler certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Valid State of Florida Driver's License with a good driving record

Job Duties
- Collecting and removing kitchenware and utensils from dining and kitchen areas to be properly cleaned
- Loading and unloading washing machines
- Washing specific items by hand as needed
- Answering, reporting to, and following directives of Chef
- Cleaning and maintaining any equipment used
- Storing clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately
- Assisting with the restocking of service-ware and other dining needs
- Maintaining cleaning supplies and reporting when supplies need to be reordered
- Regularly removing garbage from front of house and back of house areas
- Sanitizing kitchen areas, including floors, as needed
- Complying with all sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Reporting any necessary repairs to equipment or unsafe conditions to supervisor
- Maintaining a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Working nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintaining the driving range bays and sanitizing dining areas after patrons' use
- Assisting in kitchen with occasional prep work
- Performing other tasks as assigned
