Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree preferred
- Related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Hands-on experience with industrial washing and cleaning equipment
- ServSafe Food Handler certification (must obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Valid State of Florida driver’s license with a good driving record

Job Duties
- Collecting and removing kitchenware and utensils from dining and kitchen areas to be properly cleaned
- Loading and unloading washing machines
- Washing specific items by hand as needed
- Following directives of the Chef
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment used
- Storing clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately
- Assisting with restocking service-ware and dining needs
- Maintaining cleaning supplies and reporting when supplies need to be reordered
- Regularly removing garbage from front and back of house areas
- Sanitizing kitchen areas including floors as needed
- Complying with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Reporting necessary repairs or unsafe conditions to supervisor
- Maintaining a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Working nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintaining driving range bays and sanitizing dining areas after patron use
- Assisting with occasional kitchen prep work
- Performing other assigned tasks
