Job Requirements
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift frequently up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds
- ability to work in humid and wet conditions

Job Duties
- Works with a sense of urgency
- sets up and breaks down the dish machine including arms, curtains, and screens
- properly washes and stores all dishes, eating utensils, pots and pans, and small equipment
- handles dishes gently to minimize breakage and noise
- checks the machine to be sure it is operating properly and reports any defects immediately
- checks water temperatures during the shift to ensure proper sanitizing
- changes water in dish machine and soak sinks every three hours or more often if necessary
- cleans and organizes the dish room throughout the shift, puts stock away, keeps the floor dry, and takes out the garbage
- cleans and polishes the machine thoroughly, hosing down the inside and removing any paper
- cleans the walls and shelves in the dish room
- readily accepts direction from management, the head server, and kitchen manager
- follows all safety precautions to prevent injury or illness
- performs cleaning duties as assigned
- works in cooperation with all other employees,
