  • Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures
  • Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred
  • Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately

Job Duties

  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests
  • Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile
  • Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes and pots
  • Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience
  • Set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize equipment in the kitchen
