Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests
- interact positively with SAGE guests and team members and provide service with a smile
- dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes and pots
- clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience
- set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize equipment in the kitchen
