Job Duties
- Operating dishwashing equipment efficiently and effectively to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and silverware
- Washing pots, pans, and kitchen tools to support culinary staff
- Maintaining a clean and organized dish station including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal
- Assisting with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling vegetables and stocking ingredients
- Adhering to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Providing clean dishes to front-of-house staff to facilitate smooth guest service
- Arriving early and ready to work to prepare for the breakfast rush
