Job Duties

  • Operating dishwashing equipment efficiently and effectively to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and silverware
  • Washing pots, pans, and kitchen tools to support culinary staff
  • Maintaining a clean and organized dish station including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal
  • Assisting with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling vegetables and stocking ingredients
  • Adhering to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
  • Providing clean dishes to front-of-house staff to facilitate smooth guest service
  • Arriving early and ready to work to prepare for the breakfast rush
