Job Duties
- Operating dishwashing equipment efficiently to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware and silverware
- Washing pots, pans and kitchen tools promptly to support food preparation
- Maintaining a clean and organized dish station including sweeping and mopping the kitchen floor
- Taking out trash regularly to uphold hygiene standards
- Assisting with basic food prep tasks such as peeling vegetables or stocking ingredients when needed
- Adhering to health, safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
- Ensuring front-of-house has a steady supply of clean dishes to enable seamless guest service
- Starting shifts early to prepare for the breakfast rush
