Job Requirements

  • Approved Food Handler's Card prior to first day of work
  • Non-slip shoes required
  • Schedule availability Monday through Friday daytime shifts
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety rules
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment
  • Willingness to work standing most of the time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in fast-paced food service environments
  • Comfortable with exposure to cold, heat, and water
  • Inclusive mindset and ability to work with a diverse workforce

Job Qualifications

  • One year of experience in customer service or high volume food service
  • One year of dishwasher experience preferred
  • Ability to take direction and work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Clear verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read and write for effective communication
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Commitment to high standards of conduct and confidentiality
  • Willingness to learn and take advantage of training opportunities
  • Ability to perform additional duties as requested

Job Duties

  • Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment in a timely manner
  • Assist with cleaning, stocking, and lifting items as requested
  • Restock dishes and kitchen supplies accordingly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish room and equipment
  • Step in as line servers during busy periods
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Support kitchen team as needed
