Job Requirements
- Approved food handler's card prior to first day of work
- Non-slip shoes prior to first day of work
- Weekday availability only with no nights, weekends, or holidays
- Ability to stand for 100% of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic knowledge of health and safety rules
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work dynamically and switch between locations and duties

Job Qualifications
- One year of experience in customer service or high volume food service
- One year of dishwasher experience preferred
- Ability to take direction and work effectively in a team environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Clear communication and attentive listening skills
- Ability to read and write
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain high standards of conduct and confidentiality
- Willingness to grow knowledge and take advantage of training opportunities
Job Duties
- Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment in a timely manner
- Assist with cleaning, stocking, and lifting items in other kitchen areas as requested
- Ensure dishes are restocked accordingly
- Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized
- Step in as line servers when the caffe is busy
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested by a Manager
