Job Requirements

Approved Food Handler's Card prior to first day of work
non-slip shoes
high school diploma or equivalent preferred
basic knowledge of health and safety rules
ability to work weekdays only, no nights, weekends, or holidays
ability to stand 100 percent of the time
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
dynamic and agile with ability to switch between locations and job duties
strong customer service orientation
inclusive work ethic

Job Qualifications

One year of experience in customer service or high volume food service
one year of dishwasher experience preferred
ability to take direction and work effectively in team environment
strong time management and organizational skills
ability to multi-task
effective communication skills including speaking and listening
ability to read and write to facilitate communication
knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
commitment to maintaining conduct and confidentiality
eagerness to learn and pursue training opportunities

Job Duties

Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment in a timely manner
assist with cleaning, stocking, and lifting items in other areas as requested
ensure dishes are restocked accordingly
keep dish room and equipment clean and organized
support as line servers during busy periods
follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
maintain highest standards of conduct and confidentiality
