Job Requirements

Approved Food Handler's Card prior to first day of work
non-slip shoes
high school diploma or equivalent preferred
basic knowledge of health and safety rules
extraordinarily service oriented with high level customer service skills
dynamic and agile with ability to switch between locations and duties
inclusive and able to work in diverse workforce
weekday availability only, no nights, weekends, or holidays
ability to stand 100% of the time
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
willingness to work in fast-paced environment with exposure to cold, heat, and water environments

Job Qualifications

One year of experience in customer service or high volume food service preferably in large corporate programs, in-house or third party
one year of dishwasher experience preferred
ability to take direction and work in a team environment
strong time management and organizational skills
ability to multi-task
clear speaking and attentive listening skills
ability to read and write
knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
maintain highest standards of conduct and confidentiality
eagerness to grow knowledge and take training opportunities
ability to perform additional responsibilities as needed

Job Duties

Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment in a timely manner
assist with cleaning, stocking, and lifting items as requested
ensure dishes are restocked accordingly
keep dish room and equipment clean and organized
may step in as line servers when the Caffe gets busy
