Job Requirements
- Must be available evenings
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, and grasp objects
- Ability to bend and lift loads up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull carts weighing up to 100 pounds
- Ability to repetitively use hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation
- Willingness to work in environmental conditions including coolers, ovens, freezer, and outdoors
Job Qualifications
- Previous dishwashing experience preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Good interpersonal skills and willingness to work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Available for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the department
- Demonstrated ability to work with customers and coworkers from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Ability to work with TCCP to create an inclusive environment where all are welcomed
Job Duties
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and implements used by the store in preparing foods for sale
- Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves of kitchen area
- Remove kitchen trash/food waste and recycling promptly
- Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner
- Perform food preparation work as directed
