Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must have at least one year of kitchen cleaning experience
- must be flexible to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely
- familiarity with kitchen cleaning equipment
- must be able to pass Serve Safe training
- valid driver’s license and gaming license as required
- successful completion of background check
- successful completion of alcohol and drug screening
- minimum age requirement of 18 years
- excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Job Qualifications
- one year kitchen cleaning experience
- flexible to work any day, any shift
- familiar with handling cleaning chemicals and compounds
- familiar with cleaning all types of kitchen equipment
- ability to successfully complete Serve Safe training
- possession of valid driver’s and gaming license or ability to obtain and maintain them
- must pass background check
- must pass alcohol and drug screening
- must be 18 years of age
- delivers superior internal and external guest service
Job Duties
- maintain sanitation levels
- perform physical activities including standing, crouching, kneeling, stooping, and reaching overhead
- comprehend product labeling for safe chemical application
- maintain inventory of necessary supplies
- ensure cleanliness of floors, walls, dishes, and pots
- use wet floor signs and other safety markers
- ensure kitchen workers have proper equipment such as gloves and goggles
- make sure all equipment functions properly
- conduct oneself professionally
- assist in safety training for kitchen staff
- train personnel on proper chemical usage and safety
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards as set by health authorities
- handle and move goods weighing up to 50 lbs
