Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- at least one year of relevant kitchen cleaning experience
- flexible availability to work any shift
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe application
- physical ability to stand, crouch, kneel, stoop, and reach for long periods
- ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- ability to understand product labeling instructions
- must pass background and drug tests
- must be at least 18 years old
- must have or be able to obtain valid driver’s and gaming licenses
- strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- one year kitchen cleaning experience
- flexible to work any day and any shift
- familiar with handling of cleaning chemicals and compounds
- familiar with cleaning of all types of kitchen equipment
- ability to successfully complete Serve Safe training
- possession of valid driver’s license and gaming license or ability to obtain and maintain them
- able to pass background check
- able to pass alcohol and drug screening
- must be 18 years of age or older
- delivers superior internal and external guest service
Job Duties
- maintain sanitation levels
- coordinate materials and equipment to keep workstations clean and sanitary
- communicate problems or concerns to supervisors or kitchen management
- ensure cleanliness of floors, walls, dishes, pots, and kitchen equipment
- use safety signs such as "Wet Floor" markers appropriately
- ensure kitchen workers use proper protective equipment
- monitor and maintain proper functioning of kitchen equipment
- assist in training kitchen staff on safety and chemical usage
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards set by the casino and health department
- handle physical tasks such as lifting, moving, or pushing goods weighing up to 50 pounds
