Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to operate cleaning equipment and floor machines
physical ability to walk, stoop, bend, and stand for long periods
ability to push over 70 pounds and lift up to 50 pounds
good attendance and punctuality
ability to work flexible hours including shifts
familiarity with cleaning chemicals and sanitation procedures
capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
adherence to safety protocols when working with equipment and chemicals

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in sanitation or cleaning roles advantageous but not mandatory
understanding of USDA, FDA, and HACCP sanitation standards desirable
ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
physical fitness to lift and push heavy objects
good attendance record
willingness to work flexible hours
ability to work in fast-paced and variable environmental conditions

Job Duties

Operate floor machine and clean work areas, floors, walls, bathrooms, offices, coolers, freezers, ramps, and equipment
clean kitchen tools, equipment trays, pots, and pans
empty trash around the building including international garbage handling
maintain sanitation standards as per company policy and USDA/FDA/HACCP regulations
operate sterilizer/autoclave in assigned departments
maintain good attendance and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
work flexible hours and perform physical tasks involving walking, stooping, bending, standing, pushing, and lifting
handle cleaning and sanitizing chemicals safely
