Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in cleaning or sanitation preferred
- Must be able to walk, stoop, bend, stand for entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push in excess of 70 lbs
- Must be able to work flexible hours including possible overtime
- Willingness to work in hot, cold and wet environments
- Ability to handle cleaning and sanitizing chemicals safely
- Good physical stamina and dexterity

Job Duties
- Use floor machine to clean floors
- Clean work areas including floors, walls, bathrooms, offices, coolers, freezers, ramp, and equipment
- Clean kitchen tools, equipment trays, pots, and pans
- Empty trash around the building
- Handle international garbage following company protocols
- Maintain sanitation standards in compliance with company policy and USDA/FDA/HACCP regulations
- Operate sterilizer, autoclave, and other cleaning equipment
- Work in dedicated departments maintaining cleanliness
