- cleans and sanitizes work area carts and kitchen
- cleans pots dishes and stores food and non-food supplies
- takes out trash and recycling
- operates dish washing equipment
- follows directions carefully
- supports kitchen staff to maintain hygiene
- ensures all tableware is clean and ready for use
