Job Duties
- clean and sanitize work area carts and kitchen
- clean pots and dishes plus store food and non-food supplies
- take out trash and recycling
- set up and operate dish washing equipment
- prioritize cleaning different types and sizes of crockery and utensils
- dry and properly store dishes after washing
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen area
