Job Duties
- Provide spotless cutlery, plates and glassware
- Keep pots, pans and kitchen tools clean and ready for line cooks
- Quickly rinse, wash, pre-sort and deliver clean dishes to kitchen and dining room
- Maintain organization and efficiency in dish pit operations
- Interact with team members in a friendly and thoughtful manner
- Support cleanliness and attention to detail in all aspects of the restaurant
- Follow principles of respect, integrity, and cleanliness
