Job Duties
- Provide guests with spotless cutlery, plates, and glassware
- Keep pots, pans, and kitchen tools clean and ready at all times
- Rinse, wash, pre-sort, and deliver clean dishes to the kitchen and dining room efficiently
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the dish pit and kitchen area
- Interact with team members in a friendly and thoughtful manner
- Operate dishwashing machines safely and effectively
- Support the back-of-house team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
