Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior service and/or kitchen experience is highly preferred
- Ability to follow written instructions and schedules
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Must comply with all state and local safety regulations
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional organization and cleanliness for kitchen, dining and storage areas, equipment, and food preparation areas
- Support stock/utility team members with inventory, receiving, verification, stocking, and tracking
- Work safely using designated safety equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with health regulations
- Assist with dishwashing duties to ensure a steady supply of clean dishes and utensils
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth food service operations
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols consistently
