Job Duties
- Provide spotless cutlery, plates and glassware
- Keep pots, pans and kitchen tools clean and ready for use
- Quickly rinse, wash, pre-sort and deliver clean dishes to kitchen and dining room
- Maintain organization and efficiency in dishwashing area
- Interact with team members in a friendly and thoughtful manner
- Ensure cleanliness and attention to detail in all aspects of dish pit and kitchen area
- Support back of house operations to facilitate smooth kitchen workflow
