- Keep pots, pans, and kitchen tools clean and ready
- Quickly rinse, wash, and pre-sort dishes
- Deliver clean dishes to kitchen and dining room
- Maintain organization and efficiency in the dish pit
- Interact with team members in a friendly manner
- Operate dish machines effectively
