Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is an asset
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
- Dependable and accountable

Job Duties
- Wash pots and pans according to HACCP practices
- Wash dishes and put them away as directed
- Maintain clean and sanitized work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Sweep and mop kitchen and service area floors
- Remove garbage safely and as directed
- Assist with general cleaning and sanitation tasks
- Support chefs and culinary team when needed
