Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day
- ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
- availability to work Monday through Friday, 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
- adherence to dress code
- strong teamwork skills
- commitment to health, safety, environment, and quality policies

- Knowledge of HACCP practices for handling dishware and food deliveries

Job Duties
- Wash pots and pans
- wash dishes
- maintain floors
- assist with general cleaning and sanitation as assigned
- maintain storage areas and equipment as assigned
- may be asked or trained to prep food
- support chefs and culinary team when needed
