Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- ability to lift materials from floor level to table height, which requires mobility and physical demands
- work in an environment with noise, chemicals, and varying temperatures
- familiar with operating a commercial dish machine and using cleaners and sanitizing solutions
- ability to become ServSafe certified within one year of employment
- ability to communicate and work with a variety of clients providing good customer service
- working knowledge and experience in food service, and food safety practices and procedures
- ability to remain productive in a fast-paced environment
- ability to effectively work independently and as a team member

Job Duties
- Properly store all service wares after they have been cleaned and sanitized
- clean and sanitize kitchen equipment as assigned
- clean and maintain all dish room equipment and ware washing tables, carts and surfaces
- assist the Catering and Bakery culinary staff with kitchen production, receiving of deliveries, and other service duties as time allows
- train and supervise student and temporary dish room staff
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and managers
