Job Requirements
- ability to effectively communicate with guests and other employees
- detect and identify safety issues and comply with safety guidelines and standards
- lift and carry trays, dishes, equipment, and goods up to 50 lbs, stock inventory, and perform restocking duties

Job Duties
- wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans in a timely manner
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing areas
- assist in restocking kitchen supplies and inventory

- collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient workflow
- remove trash and recycling materials regularly
- report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management
