Job Requirements
- Ability to carry up to 60 pounds, placing items above and below head height
- Standing, walking, and bending for the duration of the shift
- Occasionally pushing and pulling to move equipment, mops, and brooms
- Exposure to variable temperature conditions

- Capacity to work cooperatively with others

- Previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen cleaning roles advantageous

Job Duties
- Use hands or dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items, ensuring sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks meet health standards
- Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area, keeping kitchen wares organized
- Remove trash from dish room and transport to dumpster, clean and sanitize garbage cans
- Follow directions accurately
- Work cooperatively with team members
- Assist in maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness
