Job Duties
- Operates commercial dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans
- Maintains high standards of kitchen sanitation and cleanliness
- Follows food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure guest safety
- Ensures the proper handling and storage of all cleaned items
- Performs cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing kitchen areas
- Works as a team to support kitchen staff and maintain an efficient workflow
- Manages time effectively to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Assists with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including knife skills for chopping vegetables
- Provides excellent customer service by maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
