Job Duties

  • Operates commercial dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans
  • Maintains high standards of kitchen sanitation and cleanliness
  • Follows food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure guest safety
  • Ensures the proper handling and storage of all cleaned items
  • Performs cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing kitchen areas
  • Works as a team to support kitchen staff and maintain an efficient workflow
  • Manages time effectively to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Assists with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including knife skills for chopping vegetables
  • Provides excellent customer service by maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
