Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or kitchen support role preferred
- Possession of Washington State Food Worker Card prior to first day
- Ability to follow direction and prioritize tasks
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Regularly lift and carry up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to reach, twist, bend, and crouch frequently
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to cleaning chemicals and hot water
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a kitchen support role preferred
- Ability to follow direction, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
- Attention to detail and strong understanding of sanitation and safety standards
- Team-oriented with a positive, dependable attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas
- Load and unload dishwashing machines efficiently and safely
- Wash specific items by hand such as rice pots, large cookware, or delicate glassware
- Store clean dishes, glassware, and utensils properly and restock as needed
- Ensure adequate supply of clean items during peak service hours
- Maintain cleaning supplies stock such as detergents and sanitizers
- Monitor dishwashing machine operation and promptly report any issues
- Remove garbage regularly and dispose of waste per company policy
- Clean and sanitize kitchen, restrooms, and lobby areas as assigned
