Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a kitchen support role preferred
  • Ability to follow direction, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
  • Attention to detail and strong understanding of sanitation and safety standards
  • Team-oriented with a positive, dependable attitude
  • Washington State Food Worker Card required prior to first day of work
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas
  • Load and unload dishwashing machines efficiently and safely
  • Wash specific items by hand (e.g., rice pots, large cookware, or delicate glassware)
  • Store clean dishes, glassware, and utensils properly and restock as needed
  • Ensure adequate supply of clean items during peak service hours
  • Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g., detergents, sanitizers)
  • Monitor dishwashing machine operation and promptly report any issues
  • Remove garbage regularly and dispose of waste per company policy
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen, restrooms, and lobby areas as assigned
  • Demonstrate and uphold all TRAPCHK core values of teamwork, respect, accountability, passion, honesty, and kindness
