Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a kitchen support role preferred
- Ability to follow direction, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
- Attention to detail and strong understanding of sanitation and safety standards
- Team-oriented with a positive, dependable attitude
- Washington State Food Worker Card required prior to first day of work
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas
- Load and unload dishwashing machines efficiently and safely
- Wash specific items by hand (e.g., rice pots, large cookware, or delicate glassware)
- Store clean dishes, glassware, and utensils properly and restock as needed
- Ensure adequate supply of clean items during peak service hours
- Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g., detergents, sanitizers)
- Monitor dishwashing machine operation and promptly report any issues
- Remove garbage regularly and dispose of waste per company policy
- Clean and sanitize kitchen, restrooms, and lobby areas as assigned
- Demonstrate and uphold all TRAPCHK core values of teamwork, respect, accountability, passion, honesty, and kindness
