Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen support preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively
- Must have attention to detail and know safety and sanitation standards
- Must possess Washington State Food Worker Card
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physically able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and handle cleaning chemicals
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a kitchen support role preferred
- Ability to follow directions, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
- Attention to detail with strong understanding of sanitation and safety standards
- Team-oriented with a positive and dependable attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Possession of Washington State Food Worker Card prior to first day
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Collect used dishes, utensils, and cookware from dining and kitchen areas
- Load and unload dishwashing machines efficiently and safely
- Wash specific items by hand including rice pots, large cookware, or delicate glassware
- Store clean dishes, glassware, and utensils properly and restock as needed
- Ensure adequate supply of clean items during peak service hours
- Maintain cleaning supplies stock such as detergents and sanitizers
- Monitor dishwashing machine operation and report any issues promptly
