Job Duties
- Keep the dish machine clean inside and out
- Maintain a neat and clean work area
- Sweep and mop floors of walk-ins, dry storage, and work areas
- Break down cardboard boxes and organize the recycling area
- Clean all dishes, china, glasses, and flatware
- Support food preparation and serving staff by cleaning prep surfaces and kitchen equipment prior to service
- Perform closing duties including trash removal, organizing, and cleaning food prep surfaces and equipment
