Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
- Strong attention to detail and focus on cleanliness

- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and hygiene principles
Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment
- Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation of dishes and kitchenware
- Washes pots, pans and trays following assigned procedures
- Polishes silverware using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth
- Maintains compliance with safety procedures and sanitary standards
- Keeps dishwashing area orderly and follows safety protocols
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to maintain hygiene and safety
- Cleans worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food preparation surfaces
- Removes trash and ensures proper disposal
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Assists in loading and unloading supplies and products
- Performs other duties as assigned
