Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior dishwasher or food service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible late night and weekend hours
- capable of standing and performing physical tasks for extended periods
- ability to adhere to safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or using dishwashing machines ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
- washes pots, pans and trays according to procedures
- polishes silverware using appropriate equipment and methods
- ensures compliance with safety procedures
- maintains temperatures and chemical levels as required
- keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards
- sweeps and mops kitchen floors to maintain sanitation
- cleans worktables, walls, refrigerators and food prep surfaces
- removes trash and cleans garbage cans
- transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- helps load and unload supplies and products
- performs other duties as assigned
