Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- passion for food and customer service
- prior experience in food handling or retail is advantageous
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work well under pressure
Job Qualifications
- experience working in a food retail or culinary environment preferred
- strong knowledge of gourmet and specialty food products
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team setting
- basic cooking skills for kitchen roles
- cashier experience is a plus
Job Duties
- assist customers with food selection and inquiries
- maintain cleanliness and organization of food displays
- prepare and cook food items as needed
- manage inventory and stock replenishment
- handle cash register operations and transactions
- collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
- promote and educate customers about specialty food products
