Job Requirements
- Six months dish washing experience preferred
- effective communication skills in English
- high school level math
- knowledge of chemicals sanitation and ware washing procedures
- ability to cooperate with kitchen and dining staff
- adherence to health and hygiene standards
- physical ability to work in extreme temperatures
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push 250 lbs carts
- ability to perform repetitive motions in confined spaces
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of sanitation and ware washing techniques

Job Duties
- Cleans and sanitizes dishes glassware silverware flatware pots and pans in restaurant
- ensures restaurant has requisite amounts of items to open shifts
- maintains sufficient carts for transporting dirty items
- stores and organizes kitchen and storage areas
- cooperates with kitchen and dining staff to ensure quality service
- follows sanitation and safety procedures
- maintains cleanliness of kitchen environment
